What can replace oyster sauce?
For example, you can substitute thick balsamic sauce or ribbed sauce.
Oyster sauce is soy + salt + oyster extract.
It turns out to be a nasty, salty brown sauce with a rather thick consistency and a strange taste. There is no fishy taste in it.
It is very useful because it contains many amino acids that our body needs.
The sauce goes well with any kind of meat, vegetables, seafood.
Accordingly, replace it on a case-by-case basis with a salty thick mass. Not spicy, without pepper, melting gently on the tongue.
Perhaps it will be based on sour cream (mayonnaise will not work - it gives off an egg flavor).
