How to make croutons for pea soup?
Croutons are used not only for making pea soup, they are appropriate for soups - mashed potatoes, as well as in salads.
I usually cut pieces of bread into small cubes or cut into thin strips.
Then I fry with spices in a pan, or I can just dry them in the microwave.
