Better than the traditional "Carbonara" egg sauce I have never come across anything with spaghetti. Recipe for a standard 400-450 gram package of spaghetti:

Egg sauce can be prepared. You will need the following ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons flour
milk or a mixture of broth with milk - half a glass
one or two eggs
2 tablespoons white wine, you can use lemon juice instead of wine
2 tablespoons sour cream
Flour you need to fry in butter until light yellow color, then add milk, juice and sour cream, and after boiling the sauce boil it over low heat for 6-8 minutes. Then take a little sauce, cool it for a few minutes and release it eggs, then beat or stir and combine everything with the main sauce. After that, put on the stove and stir, bring to readiness do not allow to boil.
And on the basis of this egg sauce, you can prepare another delicious sauce called red. To do this, take the ready-made egg sauce, add the fried head of onion, add three tablespoons of tomato puree, one teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of spicy sauce, black pepper and a little dry barberry powder.
