1 teaspoon dried yeast;
1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (preferably refined);

300 - 400 grams of flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water and add sugar, salt and oil. Knead a soft dough and leave to rise for 30 minutes, then shape the pizza on a pan and leave for another 15 minutes. After that, you can lay out the filling and bake the pizza at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
What is pizza originally? Poor food. What was found in the house, it went into the filling and fit. Accordingly, the base cannot be complicated, it cannot include expensive (by the standards of at least half a thousand years ago) products such as sugar.
The dough is made from flour (who would have thought?), Water, salt and oil. The idea is olive oil, but any vegetable oil or even melted butter will do. Yeast seems to be necessary, but personally, I always manage perfectly well without them.
Sun! Baking powder, soda, eggs, milk, sour cream, sugar, etc. - superfluous.
A year ago I found a recipe for the simplest pizza dough on the Internet. Since then, the problem of making pizza has disappeared forever. You will need two eggs, three tablespoons of mayonnaise, three tablespoons of flour, and one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
We mix everything, we get a viscous dough. Pour it into a mold, put any filling. If you wish, you can do it on the stove, but I like it in the oven.
For me, the simplest pizza base is a thick, yeast-free dough.
5 tablespoons of sour cream (the lower the fat content, the better),
Xnumx teaspoon of soda,
1-2 tablespoons butter, melted
5-6 tablespoons of sifted flour.
Stir all ingredients until thick sour cream.
When the dough is ready, you can put it in a mold and spread it evenly over it. You can put the filling on top.
Pizza is cooked on such a dough for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
