An excellent salad for a healthy menu, weight loss, good digestion and energy. 100 g of a dish contains 62,5 kcal, a lot of healthy fiber, vegetable protein and well-digestible carbohydrates. This salad is a natural fat burner.
Eat the dish more often to get rid of the "fat circle" at the waist, lethargy, swelling. A fitness salad made from crispy vegetables and greens is also about beautiful skin, no acne, strong nails and healthy hair.
- 300 gr of young white cabbage / Peking cabbage;
- 1 bunch of pink radish
- 2 fresh cucumber;
- 0,5 bunch green onions with small onions;
- 0,25 bunch of dill and parsley;
- salt to taste;
- black pepper - to taste, freshly ground.
For dressing a fitness salad:
- 60 ml of olive oil;
- lemon juice, squeeze from a quarter of lemon (or to taste).
Cooking a fitness salad
1. Rinse the vegetables in turn, cut off the tails and stalks from radishes and cucumbers. Then we wash the bundles of greens.
2. Put all the washed ingredients on a platter and let them dry from water.
3. Next, shred cabbage into a salad bowl - thinly, in strips. Cut radishes in semicircles, just like cucumbers.
4. Add the chopped onion: both feathers and white onions. Then we chop the herbs, pour them into our fitness salad.
5. Mix oil, juice and spices - water. Mix - and immediately to the table, while the vegetables are fresh and crispy. Bon appetit and health!
