There are, of course, various recipes using dried fruits with honey, but those that I know do not go well, I think: grind dried apricots with lemon zest and garlic and add to honey, take 2 tablespoons each for heart health.
Nuts you can take any, which are more like. Honey should be liquid, good. It is important to insist that the nuts soak, and the honey has gained a nutty taste. From dried fruits, I would prefer dried apricots, raisins, prunes or any dried (not dried) berries. They insist with honey better longer!
