Men especially adore them, as they get from eating meat in any form not only a feeling of satiety, but also a lot of benefits, including the energy so necessary for work. So we need: a piece of ham with skin - 2,5-3 kg, garlic - one large head, caraway seeds, bay leaf - one, black peppercorns, coarse salt.
- Scrape the ham, if there is such a need, then wash it well and dry it. With a thin, sharp knife, cut off part of the subcutaneous fat and skin, freeze it a little and cut it into long pieces.
- We clean the garlic. You can cut it into cubes or in half lengthwise - in the event that the cloves are large.
- We make punctures in the meat two to three centimeters deep. We turn, without removing, the knife 90 degrees and put a clove of garlic and a piece of fat into the hole.
- In a mortar, we turn the bay leaf, pepper, salt and caraway seeds into powder, after which we rub the meat with this composition on all sides.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put a baking sheet with our boiled pork in it. Every 15-20 minutes, pour it with fat, which is melted. If the meat burns, cover it on top with foil.
- If you pierced the dish with a needle and a completely transparent liquid has emerged, and not pink, the boiled pork is ready. Let it stand under foil for 20 minutes before serving.

Most people will associate the preparation of this dish with the onset of a home holiday. Everyone knows such a recipe, but each housewife always has several of her own secrets, developed by time. Now we will tell you how to bake a ham in the sleeve.
For this we need the following products: one and a half kilogram piece of ham, head of garlic, bay leaf, pepper, spices and salt to taste.
In order to cook pork ham in the oven according to this recipe, first of all, you need to completely remove the skin from it with a knife. Now we will marinate the meat, smearing it with pepper, salt and squeezed garlic. For a mixture of garlic and spices, we make cuts, then sew them up with threads and leave for about 60 minutes. After marinating, place the meat in a special baking sleeve. We send it to the oven and keep it there for an hour and a half. Cut the sleeve and fry the ham for 10 minutes in a skillet. We will bake in the dough, for which we will need: three-kilogram ham, 100 grams of salt, one head of garlic, half a kilogram of flour, the same amount of rye bread, bay leaf, cloves, pepper.

We put the load on the meat and marinate for three hours. Then we wash and wait until it dries. Moreover, it is sold in different forms - it can be both raw and salted. They still need to be soaked before cooking. Okay, let's tell you in detail how to cook a raw ham. Put the meat in a large saucepan, it should fit freely, pour cold water to the top and press with a load. Let it stand for eight hours, it is advisable to change the water two times. Then we transfer the ham to another saucepan, although you can leave it in the same one, fill it with cold water again, add pepper, bay leaf, onion, bring to a boil, remove the foam that appears and cook over low heat. Calculation of cooking time - 450 grams - 25 minutes. We check the water level periodically.
You don't need to take out the meat to cool down, leave it in a saucepan. And then we transfer to the form. We turn on the oven, let it heat up to 200 degrees. To prepare it, we need the following ingredients.: a piece of ham weighing one kilogram, one onion, 40 ml of lemon juice, one carrot, two cloves of garlic, bay leaf, salt and spices to taste.
A few words about cooking in a multicooker. It is especially suitable for novice housewives, as it simplifies everything. Human participation in the process is minimal, so it is difficult to spoil the dish. The advantage of such a device is that healthy food comes out of it, the meat is not fried in vegetable oil, and therefore the most useful.
