The recipe for cooking beef with mushrooms in a slow cooker

Ingredients for beef with mushrooms:

  • 140 grams of fresh champignons;
  • spices for meat;
  • 600 grams of beef fillet;
  • salt;
  • 20 scales of ginger root;
  • 20 grams of celery root;
  • 200 milliliters of water.

Cooking beef with mushrooms in a multicooker:

The first step of the recipe is to rinse the beef thoroughly. You can also dry it a little with a cotton towel.

Cut the beef into small cubes. The cubes should be about a centimeter by centimeter in size.

Cut the washed clean Champignon in the form of small lobules.

Peel the celery and ginger roots, chop as small as possible.

Transfer celery root, beef slices, chopped mushrooms and ginger root to a multicooker bowl. Pour the listed ingredients with the specified amount of clean water. Add salt and cooked spices. Mix gently.

Close the multicooker with a special lid. Put it in a mode called "Extinguishing". It is necessary to cook meat with mushrooms for about one hour.

You can sprinkle the finished dish on top with a small amount of finely chopped herbs.
