Bean and Pasta Salad - Recipe

This delicious dish is very easy and quick to make, especially if you're using pre-made white beans.

Delicious pasta and bean salad

Cooking time - 30 minutes, 
actual cooking time - 10 minutes.

Ingredients for the salad:

  • 220 grams of pasta bows;
  • 2 carrots - one chopped, the other grated;
  • 2 tablespoons of grated ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1/4 glass of water;
  • 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil;
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • 150 grams of thinly chopped celery;
  • 300 grams of cooked white beans (here you can link to the recipe for Simple Boiled Beans);
  • Roasted sesame seeds (optional).

Cooking Bean Salad:

  1. Boil pasta - this is the first step of the recipe. While they are cooking, make the dressing: In a blender, grind chopped carrots, garlic, ginger, water, canola and sesame oil and vinegar until a smooth paste and set aside.
  2. When the pasta is done, drain and rinse with cold water. In a large salad bowl, combine the pasta with the dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. When the pasta has cooled, add the grated carrots, celery, and cooked white beans. Toss the salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The salad is ready, treat your friends and loved ones, many will want to get a recipe for this dish!
