This delicious dish is very easy and quick to make, especially if you're using pre-made white beans.

Ingredients for the salad:
220 grams of pasta bows;
2 carrots - one chopped, the other grated;
2 tablespoons of grated ginger
1 clove of garlic;
1/4 glass of water;
3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil;
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste;
150 grams of thinly chopped celery;
300 grams of cooked white beans (here you can link to the recipe for Simple Boiled Beans);
Roasted sesame seeds (optional).
Cooking Bean Salad:
Boil pasta - this is the first step of the recipe. While they are cooking, make the dressing: In a blender, grind chopped carrots, garlic, ginger, water, canola and sesame oil and vinegar until a smooth paste and set aside.
When the pasta is done, drain and rinse with cold water. In a large salad bowl, combine the pasta with the dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
